Job summary

AmBank in Ipoh is seeking a Relationship Manager for Enterprise Banking. You will actively identify, acquire and develop new business opportunities with small and medium entrepreneurs, while building strong client relationships.

You will drive growth through cross-sell of banking products, provide advisory services, and deliver superior customer service through regular contact and reviews of product usage.

Mandarin language is an added advantage; candidates with Mandarin will stand out.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/SPM in any field.
• Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
• Strong sales drive, with the ability to influence and convince customers. Outgoing personality, aggressive and result-oriented.
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify, acquire and develop new biz opportunities with small, medium entrepreneurs.
• Maintain key client relationship and drive business growth via cross-sell products and services.
• Increase clients' share of wallet by providing the right solutions to meet the clients' needs.
• Foster customer relationship by adopting an advisory role to provide value added services.
• Provide after sales service to strengthen relationships and ensure consistent delivery of superior banking experience.
• Ensure customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service through regular contact with clients, keeping abreast of latest updates and conducting reviews on usage of our range of products.
