Job summary

You will handle enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, social media and walk-ins, and provide information on programmes, fees, entry requirements and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or student recruitment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Manage and support TMC's social media and other marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads and follow-ups.
• Monitor and report sales, recruitment and marketing performance.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
