Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to convert enquiries into successful student enrolments. You will communicate with parents and students, understand their needs, recommend suitable tuition programmes, and drive sales results to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities include responding to new leads through WhatsApp and calls, conducting sales consultations, overcoming objections, and following up consistently to improve closing rates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Education Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Experience dealing with customers, leads, or sales enquiries is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales targets and performance expectations.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of sales results.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
