Job summary

Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is seeking an Education Counselling and Recruitment Executive to drive student enrolments. The role focuses on providing personalised counselling and guiding prospective students through the journey from inquiry to enrolment.

You will manage leads, coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams, and participate in recruitment events and campaigns, including Open Days and school visits. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree is essential.
• Desirable to have a degree.
• Minimum 2–5 years in sales or recruitment, preferably education.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents across multiple channels.
• Drive enrolment growth by converting leads to applications and enrolments.
• Manage leads with timely follow-ups to maximise conversions.
• Keep CRM accurate with lead tagging and status updates.
