Job summary

AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Recruiter (Engineering) to manage the full spectrum of recruitment for engineering roles, from sourcing to onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing; screen, interview and assess applicants; coordinate interviews; build a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably agency/staffing recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure fit with client and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices in engineering.
