Job summary

Brunel-Energy (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to support hiring across multiple functions. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, conducting background checks, negotiating offers and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings.
• Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
• Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements.
• Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.
• Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
• Provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
• Other duties and responsibilities as instructed by Management
