Job summary

SC NEW ENERGY MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is organised, people-friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes posting job adverts on Jobstreet, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and supporting onboarding and HR administration while helping with employer

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
• Familiar with job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on Jobstreet and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Prepare offer letters and handle new hire onboarding (documentation, orientation, etc.).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with employer branding activities and job fairs when needed.
• Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
