Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing with a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Engineering and R&D teams to meet business objectives via KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy of BOM and drawings database.
• Monitor costs including FX fluctuations and component pricing to identify variances and optimise costs.
• Lead pilot projects with milestone tracking and coordinate with OEM manufacturers.
• Oversee engineering changes, prototype testing, and performance validation.
• Manage team performance, identify training needs, and allocate resources to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with principals on design decisions and strategic priorities.
