Copeland is seeking a project coordination partner to support daily activities with engineers and managers in a fast-paced, high-tech setting. You will manage BOMs, logistics, and documentation while coordinating prototypes and product qualifications.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, continuous improvement, and meeting deadlines, with strong teamwork and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Tech, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support daily activities.
• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager promptly and accurately.
• Maintain project docs and coordinate logistics: ECOs, MCOs, and internal requests.
• Manage BOMs and component inventory records.
• Submit PRs, track POs, and assist project coordination.
• Coordinate manufacturing prototype builds and product qualification requests.
• Create/maintain component part numbers; familiarity with electronic attributes helps.
• Work with cross-functional teams (PCB, Test, Compliance, Manufacturing, others).
• Foster teamwork and clear communication across R&D and manufacturing.
