Job summary

You will verify part details, manage codes for new items, liaise with China and Malaysia teams, organize technical records, monitor stock levels, and handle ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with OA and ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to organize documents and file records efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Verify details with related departments and submit PR for spare parts and assemblies.
• Handle the application for codes for new inventory items.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics (Malaysia/China) for purchasing matters.
• Organize and archive technical documents and records for the Equipment Department.
• Periodically audit and report stock levels of spare parts and inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
