Job summary

4050 Entegris Malaysia SDN Bhd is looking for a Document Controller – Engineering Services to manage engineering documentation, ECOs, BOMs, and MRP data. You will ensure accuracy, traceability, and timely release across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.

You will handle release of new products and changes, create Change Orders, track COs, and update material masters within SAP/MRP and PLM/EPDM workflows. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience with ECO processing, BOM management and part creation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized.
• Knowledge of SAP/MRP and PLM/EPDM workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release new products, derivatives, and changes to processes.
• Create Change Orders that trigger material, document, and BOM releases in MRP.
• Track COs and prompt owners to complete high-priority tasks.
• Enter new materials, documents and BOMs into the MRP system and update material masters.
• Edit drawings and docs per engineer markups; drive ECO through SAP MRPs.
