Job summary

ENTEGRIS ( M ) Sdn Bhd, part of ENTEGRIS Inc, USA, operates a 170,000 sq. ft. plastics injection molding plant in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

The role focuses on managing engineering documentation, ECO processing, and ECO-driven changes within SAP/MRP, PLM and EPDM, aligning Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain. You will release new products and changes, create Change Orders to release materials and BOMs, track COs, update material masters, and edit drawings per engineer markups.

Qualifications

Experience with document control including ECO processing and BOM management.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience with PLM/EPDM systems and end-to-end ECO execution.
Exposure to SAP/MRP for part disposition and changes.

Responsibilities

Facilitates the process of releasing new products, derivatives, and changes to new or existing products and processes.
Creates Change Orders that release materials, documents and BOMs into the MRP system.
Tracks COs in process to prompt owners to complete tasks on high priority COs.
Enters new material information, documents, and BOMs into the MRP system and updates material masters.
Works with operations and purchasing to implement ECOs and ensure proper disposition.
Drives engineering changes through ECO process and PLM/EPDM workflows.
