Job summary

Coffeebot Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Support Engineer to provide service, repair, and troubleshooting for coffee vending machines and related equipment. The role involves field visits to assist customers and maintain detailed project records to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a project coordinator or project management support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
