Job summary

Coffex Coffee (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Malaysia to lead regional sales for coffee beans and machines. The role focuses on building key accounts, driving revenue, and presenting compelling product demonstrations to hotels, cafes, and corporate clients.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, at least two years in sales (coffee sector preferred), and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the coffee industry or food services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines and beans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the Northern Region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and distribution channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our coffee machines and beans.
• Drive sales of coffee machines and coffee beans to hotels, cafes, restaurants, and corporate clients.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels to secure long-term business relationships.
• Explain the technical and functional aspects of a product or service to users.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Communicating customer requirements to product management teams.

What you need to do:
