Job summary

Coffeebot Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Manager in Subang Jaya to lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This role involves delivering insights to senior management and driving strategic financial initiatives across the company.

Job description

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to senior management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads.

Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Oversee the consolidation of financial results and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company’s financial stability.

Develop cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize liquidity.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure efficient cash management.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

Maintain and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Team Leadership and Development:

Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Provide training and development opportunities for finance staff.

Identify and manage financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Evaluate and manage investment opportunities and capital expenditures.

Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and risk management practices.

Strategic Initiatives:

Support strategic business initiatives with financial analysis and insights.

Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial assessments.

Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Others:

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Authority:

1. Approve financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

2. Authorize financial transactions and expenditures within established limits.

3. Authority to approve leave, OT, Claim and other related to subordinate

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.

Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
