Job summary

Tao Bin Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform regular inspections, maintenance, and fault diagnosis on robotic vending machines at client sites.

The role includes installation and commissioning of new machines, on-site support, and thorough documentation. Fresh graduates or those with relevant technical experience are encouraged to apply, with safety and teamwork emphasized throughout training and daily tasks.

Qualifications

About The Role

Maintenance & Servicing

• Conduct regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of robotic vending machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues to ensure machines are always in safe and efficient working condition.

Installation & Commissioning

• Carry out site inspections prior to installation.
• Install, configure, and commission vending machines at customer locations.
• Ensure proper testing and calibration before handover.

Technical Support

• Respond promptly to breakdowns, malfunctions, or service calls.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure minimal downtime for customers.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs accurately and submit on time.
• Update records on machine status, spare parts used, and follow-up actions required.

Teamwork & Training

• Work independently on assigned tasks but also collaborate with the engineering and operations team when needed.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical skills.

Other Duties

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor or management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
