Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd in Selangor seeks a proactive engineer to coordinate multi-country project development, localization with internal and external teams, and drive cost-reduction initiatives in line with company targets.
The role requires 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates, a degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, CAD proficiency, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients and partners.
Coordinate project development across multiple countries (Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand) and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve project objectives.
Coordinate project localization activities with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Manage and execute continuous cost-reduction initiatives in line with project and company targets.
Perform problem analysis and implement effective countermeasures to ensure timely project execution and continuous improvement.
1-2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field.

HLYM continues to invest in new technologies and equipment to improve productivity and upgrade the skills of workers on the transfer of technology with the guidance and coaching of YMC engineers and consultants.
