Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of working experience in automotive or related industry.
• Strong interest in motorcycles or the automotive industry.
• Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in project coordination, engineering projects, internships, or university projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project development activities and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and regional stakeholders to support project execution.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables with effective cross-team communication.
• Support product localization and engineering change activities.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
