Job summary

JHM Consolidation Berhad is seeking a capable Engineer to oversee product development and NPI programs within the Engineering department, aiding other teams with improvements and solutions. You will support continuous improvement for new products that meet customer requirements and prepare essential process documents for new product control.

You will liaise with vendors and customers on product-related issues and design jig fixtures to ensure stable, consistent production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Able to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing and driving projects and delivering the intended results that aligning with the Company’s growth direction.
• Strong Coordinating Skills to Communicate well with different department, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other functional groups to achieve desired results.
• AutoCAD, Solid Work, MS Office.
• Knowledge on BOM, RFQ, PFMEA required.
• Knowledge in assembly jig & equipment and designing field for new process in contract manufacturing field.

SMT production and assembly for Industrial and Horticultural products.
