Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years in hospital engineering or facility operations.
• Exposure to accreditation processes (MSQH, JCI, IMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a Planned Preventive Maintenance service schedule for hospital facilities and key systems.
• Monitor progress of the PPM service schedule.
• Schedule corrective maintenance for faults across facility systems.
• Monitor changes in spare parts inventory.
• Prepare and manage service contracts with vendors.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of new Building, Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Building systems.
• Oversee service vendors within the hospital.
• Attend internal and external training courses provided.
• Develop procedures for communication flow related to maintenance activities.
• Compile monthly reports on maintenance activities.
• Process stock requisitions.
• Update equipment lists and asset registers.
• Participate in new services introduced by the organization and quality improvement programs.
• Maintain conformance to quality management system policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• To maintain and to ensure conformance to all policies and procedures in regards to quality management system
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Management
• Participate actively in any other new service that is Introduced
