Job summary

B.Grimm, a longstanding multinational, is hiring a competent Finance professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage full accounting cycles and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will lead monthly and year-end closings, prepare management accounts and annual financial statements, liaise with external auditors, and ensure compliance with MFRS and group policies.

Energy sector exposure and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 3–4 years of accounting operations experience.
• Experience in energy sector or familiarity with Oracle/SAP is a plus.
• Good command of English in multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling full sets of accounts and preparing management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant MFRS and group accounting policies
• Lead monthly and year-end financial closing and ensure timely preparation of financial statements, reconciliations and preparation of analysis schedules.
• Manage payment operations within the framework of established procedures and ensure compliance to company policies and approval procedures.
• Liaison with external auditors for annual audit
• Prepare draft audited financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards
