Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking an End Point Engineer to manage and support desktop/laptop environments across the organization. You will deploy and maintain Windows/macOS/iPadOS platforms, apply patches, and ensure security tools are up to date.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, SLA adherence, and collaboration with IT teams to implement best practices and improve service reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as End Point Engineer.
• Excellent communicator, problem solving, management & organization skills.
• Ability to make sound judgement and decision.
• Coordination skills in managing complex investigations or incidents.
• Structured, independent and self-reliant.
• Strong experience with Windows 11 administration and patching, GPO management.
• Strong experience with Windows, MAC & IPADOS/IOS management.
• Strong experience with application and patching deployment.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Ivanti/LanDesk or Intune administration is a plus.
• High integrity, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical analysis and assistance to resolve desktop/laptop/printer and application problems.
• Updates, follows up and resolves incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Supports basic network related and server system issues.
• Applies patches and upgrades to Windows OSs and applications as assigned.
• Monitors service management to ensure escalations and processes are followed.
• Performs daily, weekly or monthly reporting and risk awareness.
