Job summary

ENOVIX Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on Level 2 support for workplace technology and manufacturing operations. You will own incidents through diagnosis, escalation, validation, and closure, and contribute to endpoint lifecycle management and patch testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise IT support, especially in manufacturing/operational tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Windows laptops, desktops, peripherals, and related devices.
• Own incidents through restoration, troubleshooting, escalation, and closure.
• Perform endpoint builds, imaging, provisioning, configuration baselines, and software deployment.
• Support manufacturing operations with planned changes and urgent incident response while maintaining security controls.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles for recurring incidents.
