Job summary

LPOWER Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment & HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, and employer branding activities.

You will build candidate pipelines on major platforms, track metrics, and support management with data-driven insights. Applicants with recruitment or HR admin experience, familiar with social media platforms, and a willingness to contribute to branding efforts are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR administration preferred.
• Familiar with social platforms such as Facebook, XHS, LinkedIn and JobStreet.
• Ability to track metrics, compile reports and turn data into insights.
• Strong attention to detail and records management.
• Basic video recording/editing skills for employer branding.
• Comfort working toward defined monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively build canddiate pipeline via social platforms and job portals.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with HR standards.
• Monitor employee performance data for management insights.
• Coordinate internal meetings, training and company events.
• Support talent acquisition strategies with management and hiring managers.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and data management.
• Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff.
• Contribute to employer branding through video reels and social media.
