Job summary

Jadi Imaging Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to manage purchasing, supplier sourcing, and shipment coordination. You will handle shipping documents, import/export compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–2 years in purchasing and manufacturing, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Autocount. Chinese language would be an added advantage for supplier communications.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications include SPM/STPM, certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing and manufacturing industries.
• Proficient with MS Office; Autocount experience is an advantage; good knowledge of Incoterms 2010.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and coordinate shipment arrangements with forwarders and agents, including preparing shipping documents.
• Prepare customs-related documents and liaise with authorities (MITI, MIDA) for exemptions and licenses.
• Process purchase orders and source alternative vendors within guidelines, coordinating importation of goods.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipments, update systems, arrange pickups, and maintain Autocount records.
