Omya Malaysia is seeking an Order Management Representative to execute end-to-end O2C activities, ensure accurate order entry, and deliver timely orders with clear customer communication.

You will collaborate with finance, logistics and product managers, perform SAP and Salesforce tasks, and maintain data integrity and compliant processes. The role reports to the Team Lead Order Management and supports regional operations.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in business, operations or related field required.
• 1–3 years in order management or customer service is preferred.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end O2C workflows and SAP/Salesforce familiarity.

Mansioni

• Process orders from multiple channels end‑to‑end with accuracy.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics and product managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle order changes, returns and escalations with clear communication.
