Job summary

BUÉNOS is seeking an outgoing Business Development Executive in Malaysia to build connections and generate new business opportunities for cabinetry and fit-out solutions. You will identify prospects, nurture relationships, and present proposals to convert opportunities into projects.

The role involves attending events, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting forecasting and planning. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years’ related experience giving an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years of relevant experience adds advantage.
• Outgoing, confident and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Proactive and willing to explore new opportunities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, cabinetry, construction or property-related industries is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and industry contacts.
• Introduce and promote the company’s products, services and project capabilities.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows and client meetings to build connections and generate leads.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations and other client materials.
• Follow up with potential clients and turn opportunities into actual projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
• Follow up on project collections and outstanding payments when required.
• Support sales forecasting and business development planning.
