Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will receive training.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event and exhibition projects from planning to post-event reporting.
• Manage pre-event and on-site operations with vendors, venues, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Creative teams on timelines and resources.
• Oversee event resources such as staff, materials and inventory for smooth execution.
• Contribute ideas for improvement and support business growth post-event.
