Job summary

WOW INTERMARK SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate for an entry-level events role. You will assist with sales enquiries, coordinate with venues, and help in planning exhibitions and product launches.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality, and good communication skills. Willingness to learn, travel to project venues, and work flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales enquiries, quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, contractors and crew.
• Assist in planning events, exhibitions, roadshows and product launches.
• Support client meetings, site visits and project documentation.
• Be involved in on-site setup, rehearsals, show days and dismantling.
• Assist the Manager in handling operational issues and last-minute changes.
• Support marketing and company promotional activities when required.
