Job summary

Roche Services & Solutions Operations APAC is seeking an Accounting Payable Associate/Analyst on a contract, yearly basis. The role covers AP end-to-end operations, month-end closing, reporting, and process improvements within a multinational healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance & Accounting degree, English proficiency, and 0–1 year of transactional accounting experience, with SAP/ERP knowledge considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• ACCA/CPA/MIA qualification is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Experience in transactional accounting within a performance-driven environment is preferred.
• SAP/ERP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AP processes including verification, PO/invoice processing and payments.
• Perform month-end closing activities and reporting for AP.
• Support system, process improvements, and training for team members.
• Respond to internal/external queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in audits and maintain process documentation.
