Job summary

Roche Services & Solutions Operations APAC is seeking a Cost Accounting Analyst to support a manufacturing site, ensure financial compliance, and perform month-end close activities. You will develop financial models to improve performance and collaborate globally on process improvements across the network.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 3+ years of relevant experience, and have strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, Excel, and SAP modules FI/CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and auditing practices.
• Experience with SAP modules FI/CO/MM/PP is preferred.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities including manual journal entries.
• Perform standard costing and ensure data quality within timelines.
• Conduct complex accounting analyses and reconciliations for manufacturing and inventory.
• Collaborate across affiliates and provide accounting guidance as needed.
• Prepare commentary on significant report items and assist in process improvements.
