Job summary

You will drive engagement, coordinate CSR initiatives, and collaborate with departments to attract and retain top talent. The role requires 3+ years in employer branding or recruitment marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related area.
• Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with company vision, values and objectives.
• Leverage channels such as social media, company website and events to promote the employer brand.
• Create engaging content including videos, infographics, stories, newsletters, webinars and testimonials.
• Manage presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms; schedule posts and respond to comments.
