Job summary

The Assistant Manager, Employer Branding at OSK Group will lead the development and execution of the Group’s employer branding and talent attraction strategy to position OSK as an employer of choice across its businesses.

You will own the EVP, build campus partnerships, run integrated campaigns, manage agency partners, and create engaging candidate experiences to attract and retain high-quality early-career and experienced talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing, Campus Recruitment, Corporate Communications or related fields.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and experience in employer brand analytics, campaign measurement and reporting will be an advantage.

  • Develop and execute the annual Group Employer Branding strategy aligned with OSK Group’s business and workforce priorities.
  • Lead the development, enhancement and activation of OSK Group’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Establish a consistent Employer Branding framework, messaging and positioning across the Group’s diverse businesses.
  • Identify key talent segments and develop targeted employer branding strategies to attract critical and future talent.
  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging employer branding trends, talent expectations and opportunities to differentiate OSK.
  • Develop long-term initiatives to strengthen OSK’s employer reputation and talent market positioning.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Employer Branding will lead the development and execution of OSK Group’s Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategy to strengthen OSK’s position as an employer of choice and build a sustainable, high-quality talent pipeline across the Group.

The role will have dedicated ownership of the Group’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Employer Branding framework, campus strategy, strategic university partnerships, talent attraction campaigns and early-career engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual Group Employer Branding strategy aligned with OSK Group’s business and workforce priorities.
  • Lead the development, enhancement and activation of OSK Group’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Establish a consistent Employer Branding framework, messaging and positioning across the Group’s diverse businesses.
  • Identify key talent segments and develop targeted employer branding strategies to attract critical and future talent.
  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging employer branding trends, talent expectations and opportunities to differentiate OSK.
  • Develop long-term initiatives to strengthen OSK’s employer reputation and talent market positioning.
2) Strategic Campus & University Partnerships
  • Develop and own the Group’s annual campus engagement and university partnership strategy.
  • Identify priority universities and institutions based on talent quality, hiring needs and future workforce requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with universities, polytechnics and other educational institutions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships beyond career fairs, including guest lectures, industry talks, competitions, case challenges, talent programmes, internships and collaborative initiatives.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and subject matter experts to strengthen OSK’s presence and visibility within target institutions.
  • Build sustainable early-career talent pipelines through structured university engagement.
3) Employer Branding Campaigns & Talent Attraction
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated Employer Branding campaigns across digital and physical channels.
  • Develop compelling talent attraction content highlighting OSK’s people, culture, leadership, career opportunities, businesses, projects and employee experiences.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and relevant stakeholders to develop social media campaigns, videos, employee stories, career materials and other EB assets.
  • Ensure consistent EVP messaging across recruitment touchpoints, career platforms, campus engagements and candidate communications.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for fresh graduates, interns, experienced hires, critical talent and other priority talent segments.
  • Continuously identify new channels and creative approaches to enhance OSK’s visibility within the talent market.
4) Early Careers & Talent Pipeline Strategy
  • Develop a structured early-career talent attraction strategy covering interns, fresh graduates and high-potential university talent.
  • Strengthen the conversion of campus engagement into measurable talent pipeline and hiring outcomes.
  • Develop initiatives to maintain engagement with high-potential students before graduation. Partner with Talent Acquisition to build and maintain talent communities and pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Analyze talent pipeline trends and recommend initiatives to improve the quality and conversion of early-career hires.
5) Employer Brand Experience & Activation
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic employer branding activations, career fairs, career talks, guest lectures, leadership engagements and talent events.
  • Develop meaningful candidate engagement experiences that differentiate OSK from competitors.
  • Partner with senior leaders to enhance leadership visibility and thought leadership within the talent market.
  • Ensure all EB activities reflect the Group’s EVP, culture and desired employer positioning.
  • Oversee external agencies, creative partners, vendors and event partners to ensure quality execution.
Job Specifications
