Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to develop and execute strategies that position the company as an employer of choice in Sarawak. You will craft engaging content, manage social media presence, and collaborate with departments to attract and retain top talent.

You will lead employee engagement programs, coordinate CSR-aligned initiatives, and monitor branding performance, with opportunities for regional exposure and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
• Creative thinking with ability to develop branding initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with the company's vision, values, culture, and objectives.
• Leverage channels such as social media, company website, and industry events to promote the employer brand.
• Create engaging content including videos, infographics, employee stories, newsletters, webinars, events, and testimonials.
• Manage the company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other sites; create and schedule posts and respond to comments.
• Develop programs for employee engagement and advocacy, including CEO communications.
• Organize internal campaigns and events to foster a positive work environment and culture.
