Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Admin, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Relevant experience in employee services, accommodation management, property administration, facilities management, hospitality operations, or human resources will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day employee accommodations operations and welfare services.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and improvements for hostels and residences.
• Ensure hostel licensing, regulatory compliance, and timely renewals with authorities.
• Handle accommodation inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Monitor occupancy, inventory, and utilization of employee housing.
