Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective services supporting employee welfare and business needs.
• Lead daily employee transportation operations and manage transport vendors, drivers, and performance.
• Monitor route efficiency, vehicle utilization, transportation costs, and ensure road-safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support transportation planning for new hires and changes in operations; drive cost optimization initiatives.
