Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Employee Relations professional to maintain an open-door environment, handle grievances, and administer ER services across the organisation. The role requires coordinating disciplinary matters and supporting orientation for Direct and Indirect Labor.

The candidate should have 1 year of ER experience (2 years preferred), strong BM and English communication, and be willing to work permanent Night Shift.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1 year of ER experience.
• 1–2 years in ER/IR is an added advantage.
• Proficient in BM and English, both oral and written.
• Able to interact with diverse levels and backgrounds.
• Willing to work permanent Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an open-door environment for grievances and recommendations.
• Ensure a working environment with no third-party interference.
• Administer disciplinary matters per policy.
• Support employee orientation for Direct and Indirect Labor.
• Provide ER services to all employees and supervise ER Assistants.
• Administer and close PIP as per policy and timelines.
• Process ad-hoc ER tasks per company guidelines.
• Oversee company publicity and image-building activities.
