Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (DL – PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to administer employee relations across the organisation. The role requires handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee orientation for Direct and Indirect Labor within a participative, open-door environment.

Candidates should have a degree with 1 year of HR experience, or more, and be proficient in Malay and English.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1 year of HR experience.
• Experience in Employee Relations is advantageous.
• Proficient in BM and English communication.
• Able to work permanent Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a participative open-door environment for grievances and ER services.
• Administer disciplinary matters per company policy.
• Support employee orientation for Direct and Indirect Labor.
• Provide ER services to all employees and manage ER Assistants.
• Ensure PIP is executed and closed in a timely manner.
• Handle ad-hoc ER tasks per guidelines.
• Oversee company publicity and image building activities.
