Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturer in data center solutions, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to manage day-to-day ER matters across the organisation in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Law or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure in Employee Relations.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction or industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong experience in employee grievance management, disciplinary management, workplace investigations, Domestic Inquiry, conflict resolution, employee counselling, performance and attendance issues, and workplace conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Employee Relations matters across the organisation.
• Handle employee grievances, complaints, conflicts and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Manage disciplinary matters including misconduct investigations, show-cause letters, warnings, corrective actions and termination cases.
• Conduct employee investigations and fact-finding to establish appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate and support Domestic Inquiry processes when required.
• Advise managers on employee conduct, performance, attendance and behavioural issues.
• Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and disciplinary guidelines.
