Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an Employee Relations professional to support a participative, open-door workplace. You will handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and ER services for all employees, while coordinating with HR and early resolution of issues.

You will assist in organising activities with the Sports and Social Committee, manage exit interviews, suggestion boxes feedback, and ensure timely execution of PIP per policy. Strong BM and English, and PC skills required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1 year of relevant experience or more for those without degree.
• 1-2 years' experience in employee relations/industrial relations preferred.
• Strong written and spoken BM and English.
• Proficient PC skills for daily HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters per policy.
• Coordinate ER services for all employees and manage ER Assistants.
• Organise Employee relations activities with Sports and Social Committee.
• Conduct Exit Interviews and present data with recommendations.
• Address suggestions from Suggestion Boxes in a timely manner.
