Job summary

Clarks in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Email Development Executive to design, build, and test responsive email templates and optimise campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, merchandising and marketing teams to deliver impactful email communications, manage Klaviyo campaigns, run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, and report on performance to boost engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email delivery
• Knowledge of Klaviyo and Google Analytics
• Proven track record of running A/B tests
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test email templates to ensure responsiveness across clients
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing to align email campaigns with objectives
• Manage audience segmentation and lifecycle emails using Klaviyo
• Monitor deliverability, performance metrics, and implement improvements
• Create reports and insights to optimise future campaigns
