Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and marketing automation.
• Experience delivering and analysing email campaigns.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimisation.
• Detail-oriented QA processes and data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute and optimise email campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Create and manage customer journeys including welcome programmes and re-engagement campaigns.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and conversion.
• Manage campaign scheduling and deployment across multiple markets.
• Support development of marketing automation programmes and personalised content.
• Work with data teams to ensure audience accuracy and effective targeting.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
