Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo, crafting persuasive copy and mobile-friendly designs that engage customers and drive sales.

With 2+ years in email marketing and hands-on Klaviyo experience, you will collaborate with a Singapore-based team to optimize performance across multiple campaigns and segments. This is a 6-month contract with potential conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience planning, building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
• Strong email copywriting and design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio showing your contribution to both.
• Sound marketing judgement: able to explain why a message or design should work for the audience and suggest stronger approaches.
• Able to assess email performance and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform. Klaviyo experience is preferred; relevant experience with other platforms is also considered.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email is an advantage, particularly for troubleshooting formatting and ensuring emails display well across mobile devices.
• Meticulous attention to execution and quality control, and able to manage day-to-day campaign delivery independently.
• Able to collaborate across time zones with a Singapore-based team.
• Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer experience preferred; health, wellness or supplements experience is an advantage.

Create effective email marketing through strong copy and design, manage email performance, and suggest and implement changes that improve customer engagement, retention and sales.

Please note that this role starts off as a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position subject to individual’s performance and business needs.

• Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals.
• SMS marketing experience.
