Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Petaling Jaya seeks a Priority Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients, while prospecting for opportunities and delivering comprehensive financial advice.

Ideally you have a Diploma, 1+ year sales experience in banking or real estate, excellent negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of mortgage products, and a valid driving license for travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• 1+ year sales experience in banking/real estate.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Mortgage knowledge and property market helpful; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Valid driving license; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and surpass monthly mortgage sales targets; onboard affluent clients and cross-sell MRTA/MLTA.
• Build relationships with customers, agents, developers.
• Develop new business via alliance tie-ups with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, lawyers.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend mortgage products.
• Stay up-to-date with mortgage market trends and regulations.
• Adhere to bank policies for mortgage sales and lending.
