You will anticipate needs, manage resident requests, and ensure a seamless living experience within a trusted, high-end environment. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, handling enquiries, preparing reports, and liaising with departments to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work or study experience; luxury residential, private estate, five-star hotel, or high-end service environments preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems advantageous.
• Must have legal right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations while ensuring service quality, discretion, and standards that enhance residents' living experience.
• Handle resident and guest enquiries, requests, and deliveries, with a proactive approach.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key updates to internal departments.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth operational coordination and a seamless residential experience.
• Establish relationships with local service providers, dining establishments, and lifestyle partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand standards in all interactions.
