Job summary

Regent Kuala Lumpur seeks a Chief Concierge to lead the concierge team, delivering personalised luxury guest experiences and insider city recommendations. You will coach staff and ensure every guest interaction reflects Regent’s high standards.

Deep knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, Top dining and cultural spots, and local partner relationships are essential. Les Clefs d'Or membership is highly desirable, and familiarity with OPERA or similar booking systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Front Office or Concierge within a 5-star or luxury property
• 3–5 years' experience in concierge or guest services, including supervisory experience
• Deep, genuine knowledge of Kuala Lumpur — dining, culture, events, and hidden gems — with the ability to make personal recommendations
• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or, or an equivalent local or international concierge association, highly desirable
• Familiarity with OPERA or similar hotel booking systems
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the concierge team, providing training, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations
• Coach the team to build local knowledge and speak confidently about Kuala Lumpur's dining and experiences
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments
• Handle high-profile or complex guest requests and personalise services
• Ensure efficient, ethical operations within the concierge department and uphold safety procedures
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers to offer exclusive access
