Job summary

Asia Fuji elevator Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily elevator and escalator maintenance activities in Malaysia. You will coordinate servicing, monitor schedules, handle breakdown responses, and ensure work is performed safely and to company standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or bachelor’s in engineering is required. You will travel as needed and liaise with technicians and customers, generating reports and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in elevator, escalator, engineering or maintenance is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown cases.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers on service matters.
• Conduct site visits and monitor maintenance progress.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding repair works and technical issues.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and company requirements.
