Job summary

Mitsubishi Elevator Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a service technician in Malaysia to perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs on our elevator and escalator systems.

The role involves diagnosing electrical, mechanical and control faults, conducting tests and commissioning, and responding to breakdowns. Fresh graduates are welcome, and multi-brand experience is encouraged for higher versatility.

Qualifications

• Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for elevators and escalators.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Carry out testing, adjustments, and commissioning to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond to breakdowns, emergency call-outs, and mantrap situations when required.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Provide professional technical advice and recommendations to customers.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work closely with the service team to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
