Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Product Consultant (Consumer Electronics) for Digital Mall Sec 14. You will provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchases.

You will engage with customers on the sales floor, assist with product displays, process transactions, and support stock organization. Fluency in English is required; Malay and Mandarin are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or product consultation experience (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong product knowledge of consumer electronics printers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Customer service excellence with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in English; Malay and Mandarin Chinese are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding consumer electronics offerings.
• Actively engage with customers on the sales floor to identify needs and present product solutions.
• Assist in product displays, merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining high service standards.
• Support the buying team by providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of product specifications, pricing and promotions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and returns with professionalism and empathy.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and departmental performance objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping environment.
