Job summary

Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers warmly, provide expert guidance on home appliance products and their features, benefits and specifications, and conduct product demonstrations to assist informed purchases.

You will process sales transactions at the point of sale, maintain current knowledge of ranges, pricing, promotions and stock levels, and aim to achieve individual and team sales targets while keeping the store clean,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical specifications.
• Clear communication and active listening.
• Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on home appliance products, benefits and specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries to aid informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current product ranges, pricing, promotions and stock levels.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure the retail environment is clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with merchandise displays and stock management activities.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
